Adia Nuno
Adia Nuno discovered dance in 2017, finding it to be a powerful lifeline that helped her heal from depression and rekindle her passion. Since then, she has dedicated her life to empowering others through movement, coaching, and personal development, creating transformative experiences on and off the dance floor. She co-founded The Edge Dance Event, KickStart Country, and Nashville Dance Fest, bridging the gap between bar dance culture and circuit dance communities. These events foster freedom, joy, and connection, while emphasizing education and wellness. Adia’s extensive certifications include Quantum Life Coach, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner, Life & Success Coach, NLP Practitioner, and T.I.M.E. Technique Practitioner. With these tools, she supports personal, emotional, and professional growth holistically. Through KickStart's Instructor Training Program (KIT), Adia guides current & future instructors to teach authentically, passing on the same transformative power dance gave her. She also leads As Is: Dance & Wellness Retreats and coaching programs, providing spaces for self-expression and healing. Adia’s philosophy, "All Out, As Is," encourages people to embrace who they are without comparison and grow on their own terms. Her mission is to help others align their passions with their goals, creating lives full of meaning and joy.
Lance Dewbre
Lance Dewbre is an accomplished coach with extensive experience working with high-level clients, including executives who run billion-dollar companies, doctors, NFL players, and other professional athletes. His career began in Dallas, Texas, where he organized major events for Fortune 500 executives. After earning a degree in communication, business, and hospitality, Lance expanded his global perspective with time spent in Australia and New Zealand. He now specializes in enhancing mental and emotional performance, helping clients achieve peak results and lasting growth through strategic coaching.
Ali Zuur-Arnerich
Ali has been involved in the healing arts for over 20 years as a Massage Therapist, Birth Doula, and now Health & Life Coach deeply focused on metabolic and hormone health. After working with hundreds of clients in her blood sugar balancing RESET program, Ali has honed her coaching skills to offer actionable, sustainable and effective tools which create vibrant health that lasts. Ali is also a Certified Breathwork Facilitator and has recently completed certifications in NLP, EFT, Hypnotherapy, Quantum Group Coaching, Reiki and Quantum Life Energy Coaching. These combined skill sets create a truly unique experience that goes far deeper than traditional health coaching. Nutrition, movement, nervous system regulation, emotional processing and proper sleep are the foundations upon which we build optimal metabolic and hormone health. Russ Bradchulis
Russ Bradchulis is a Certified Professional Coach and Master Practitioner of NLP and Hypnosis, dedicated to helping people become the best version of themselves. He specializes in guiding clients to manage their energy and emotions, improve communication, and achieve personal breakthroughs in their relationships and overall well-being. Russ’s coaching approach is deeply personalized, tapping into each person’s natural abilities and talents to help them realize the changes they want to see in their lives. With a background in various therapeutic and healing practices, he draws from a unique blend of techniques including meditation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), creative visualization, constructive self-talk, and ancient Hawaiian teachings. Russ firmly believes in each person’s innate ability to self-heal, acting as a guide to help them uncover their own path to wellness. By integrating modern methods with traditional wisdom, Russ empowers his clients to make sustainable, positive changes that resonate far beyond their time together. SPECIALTY I’m excited to share some simple and effective in-the-moment techniques to help people dissolve stress and negative emotion, teach basic Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) practices to increase a positive outlook and feeling, and lead people through unique meditations… especially if meditation is new to them.
Travis Swartzlander
Travis Swartzlander was born in Seoul, South Korea, and adopted by an American family while on his father‘s first deployment in South Korea. Growing up, he faced the different prejudices and racism that came with being a member of a mixed family. He quickly learned that life isn’t always fair, forcing him to grow up fast, and start to fortify his mental toughness. Being a multi sport athlete ranging from; Football, Mixed Martial Arts, CrossFit, and the Performing Arts, he took the lessons that he learned from coaches / mentors, and applied them to his life. From all the coaching, mental toughness preparation, & sports psychology, he was able to accomplish his goals and create the blessed life he is living today. Currently, he is a professional Firefighter and Paramedic with the City of Phoenix Fire Department. When he is not working with the PFD, he is a community leader in both the Modern Country Swing and West Coast Swing worlds. Along side of Adia Nuno, they have created the Bee-lieve movement to help guide dancers to a healthier mentality when it comes to dance competition and their self worth. Travis is passionate and excited to share the lessons / coaching he has learned to accomplish his goals and dreams. He specializes in a no nonsense approach that focuses on strategic goalsetting, accountability, ownership, motivation, and self grace. Andrea Renee
Andrea is passionate about creating experiences that bring people together and foster community. With a strong background in the wellness sector, she has a knack for organization and a deep commitment to meaningful gatherings. She is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher from Kula Yoga Project in New York City and a Level II Reiki practitioner, trained by Lisa Levine at Maha Rose in Brooklyn. Through her work, she seeks to blend wellness and community, crafting spaces where people can connect, rejuvenate, and grow. Most recently, she has been line dancing for the last year and a half and loves the vibrant community it brings together.
Josh Newmaster
Josh is a thoughtful and committed seeker of truth with a unique blend of expertise that bridges faith, creativity, and business strategy. With a degree in Religious Studies, a Master of Divinity in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care, and a Master of Business Administration, he brings a holistic approach to personal and professional growth. Over the course of his career, Josh has served as a pastor, designer, and now as a Director of Business Development, combining his passion for spiritual guidance with innovative problem-solving and strategic thinking. He has a deep calling to help people break free from limitations, rediscover their inner voice, and cultivate a life of purpose and strength. Josh’s teaching style is engaging, compassionate, and transformative. His intention at the retreat will be to serve by sharing insights and tools to inspire attendees to align their spiritual and personal aspirations with actionable steps, empowering them to create meaningful change in their lives.
